April 16th we came to withdraw money from this ATM next to the gas pumps at Murphy's in Indianola, Iowa. Greater Iowa Credit Union is across the front of the ATM. It said it was dispensing the cash, printed a receipt, and NOTHING was dispensed except the slip saying it was taken off the card n what was left. I called the number on the front of the ATM right then. It rang and then beeped and hung up on me. We tried repeatedly with the same outcome. So then we googled the name of the bank at the top of the ATM. They both tell us 1-2 weeks for our money to be put back on the card.nThen today I get an email saying this is NOT their ATM. They were suppose to remove their name off of it and are looking into that part. However I need to figure out who's bank and call them. There is nothing more they can do for me. This is the worst experience with an ATM to date for me. DO NOT USE THIS ATM.
