Great workout today!
I was a visitor from out of town and dropped in a few days. What a great CrossFit box, everyone was super friendly, really great space, and the coach was great to help me modify movements for an injury I had. I travel a lot and this was one of the better CrossFit's I've visited, highly recommend them. If you are local and haven't tried CrossFit before, I would highly suggest you give them a try due to the personal attention and modifications I received.
