This studio is the reason I fell in love with yoga! Being in class makes you feel empowered sweaty and an all around good time! They play upbeat fun music that makes you want to break out into a dance party and at the end of the class they reward you with an ice cold eucalyptus towel and a shoulder massage. I'm very excited for their new financial district location to open so I can visit the studio more often.
My kids and I love going to Rise! Each of my kiddos are enjoying summer gymnastics classes! They look forward to it each week and are learning a lot! I love seeing them enjoy being physically active. Rise Gymnastics also has great fitness classes! With Zumba, Pound, Barre, and soon Zumba Strong, there are many great things to enjoy. My only struggle is finding enough times that fit my schedule!
