Casa Margaritas Mexican Restaurant

The food was outstanding! The margaritas were phenomenal! Great place for friends to gather. Larger tables available for parties. Food came out in an orderly fashion and the server was helpful every step of the way!

Service was so fast and food was so good. Love my desert. So much better than my last experience.

Worst Service I have ever had. Waitress was rude and unprofessional. Had to ask 4 different times for a high chair. Food was slow to arrive. Overpriced.nnAdmittedly my friend was buzzed and a little squirrely but the waitress made no attempt to take his order properly and messed up his food. Then got angry with him when she brought out the wrong food. She was also so rude during the exchange where he reordered food that she brought him a wrong order again and was again very rude about it. In the end they charged him with both meal, despite it being their screw up.nnAfter we left(he paid the high bill but none of us left a tip due to poor service) the waitress called his family and his job the next day trying to get him fired. I'm not kidding. She claimed he was harassing other customers. He was not. He greeted two different customers. Both were relations of his. One being his boss's mother. She claimed he was screaming and yelling demanding beer. He was not. He had a single beer that he ordered as we were sitting down. She claimed he refused to pay the bill. This is untrue. He wasnt happy with paying the high cost of the bill, because he was charged with a plate he did not want or eat. But he paid it anyways.nnAll that being said, the owner who had agreed to let him reorder when the waitress messed in the first place(the waitress wasn't willing to) seems to be a very nice person.nnSo due to them standing behind a rude waitress that treats people poorly they get this review.nnIn summary:n1. Poor Servicen2. Unprofessional and rude waitressn3. Slow food prep timen4. Overpricedn5. At least the owner is nice and politenn6. If you want want good Mexican food in Grinnell skip this place and go to Los Girasoles one mile north. Way Better.

Had lunch enchilada with taco. Big helping and good food. Waitress checked on us a couple times. Everything clean and seated occupants distanced.

The chili relleno was really bland the enchilada that I had taste like it was just put together not like homemade or anything like they just made it warmed up a corn tortilla and then wrapped some beef around it and threw some red sauce the frijoles were just bland as all hack cheese is not going to cover up blandness sorry The only thing that was really good was the Spanish rice cuz it did have some flavor so yeah not very excited about this restaurant.
