Very good and fresh great service. Clean bathrooms

The cashier we interacted with was extremely friendly as was everyone else working that night, especially given the fact that we unknowingly walked in about 10 minutes before they closed and ordered food with the intention of eating there. No one said or did anything rude or offensive based on this and that left me feeling very pleased with my experience. The staff maintained the entire restaurant very well and made sure everything was kept clean. Easy to find and the prices are pretty fair. We will definitely be recommending this place.

We ordered 16 wings & only received 13. My husband called to update the restaurant with their mistake & instead of getting the appropriate refund for those three wings, the manager on staff, Shawn, was very rude and attempted to refund us a lower amount. After telling him that the wings cost more than $1/wing, he told us he would refund us $4 OR $5. My husband then asked him, “well which is it? $4 or $5?” He responded in a very rude tone with, “do you need specifics?” At this point, I mentioned his blatant rudeness & he came back at me with even MORE attitude ...... HORRIBLE customer service all around. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant whatsoever & will never spend another dollar there.

Nice large dining areas. The building can have a good stream of customers and not feel crowded. The buffet was good both times I've been to this location with fresh chicken with full variety of pieces, and also a large variety of desert pizza.

Great pizza! Awesome fried chicken! Ice cream macine! Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Pizza Ranch is a fun chain that started in NW Iowa and has grown from there. Don't be fooled by the name, the chicken is as good as the pizza! They have a really nice salad bar too.
