I have a membership here and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The workout equipment is clean, sanitized, and in great working order. The variety of machines and free weights are extensive. They vary from cardio to nautilus to free weights. I would recommend this establishment to anybody interested in an exercise facility.

great gym, plenty of equipment. I've never seen it too crowded, but i've never been there with fewer than 5 people in the building either. the membership rate is fine, especially since tanning and the massage bed are included
