Terrible service when calling to schedule an appointment. The registration people are short and snippy. Also- I had an appointment scheduled and asked them if I could drop it off the night before. All they told me was yes, you can drop it off the night before (so I did). I called the next day to see if my car was ready and they said the problem was my fault for not putting the keys in the drop box when NO ONE told me to put them in there so my car did not get an oil change. I will never go there again.nnAddition: I just received a phone call from them stating “I read your review, and I’m very disappointed you belittle my guys here and it sounds like you don’t want to come back. I think you actually do need to find some where else to take your vehicle in the future.”nnThe customer is always right is not a thing at Wes finch.
I am very loyal to Wes Finch. Everyone that I have worked with has been courteous and respectful. I have had nothing but honesty and fairness.
I bought my truck at Wes Finch in August and the service was amazing. I had everything set up to trade in and buy new before I ever left my house and that was so nice. Yesterday, I took my truck in for its first oil change/ tire rotation and was impressed again. I waited less than an hour and was back on the road. I highly recommend shopping at Wes Finch.
