I went at 12 pm and there were people in front of me but they attended to me very quickly, the service was excellent. On all the occasions that I have been, the procedure has always been very fast, Even when they realized that there were already many people in line, they called someone else to attend us and make it faster and more satisfactory.
Been banking with Wells Fargo for about 4 years now and haven't had many problems short of a few vendors screwing up and Wells Fargo quickly helping me clean up the mess.nnFrom the front counter tellers that have always been personable, to some of the bankers on the back-end that have helped look into loan options I cant vouch for Wells Fargo as a whole but I appreciate the local crew.nnPros :nATM just inside the door allows for deposits as well.nMobile Check depositsn24/7 Customer ServicenLGBTQ+ FriendlynnCons :nSome fees have been stiff for things out of my control.nParking can be annoying due to location.
The banker does not care about the customer, totally unacceptable. When is it ok to be a banker and not care? Would give 0 stars or even negative if I could. Several years ago this branch was great but not anymore. I will moving my accounts elsewhere.
Best Wells Fargo branch I've ever used. Such great service. The bankers are amazing and Nick (manager) is wonderful!
As a customer when I ask a question, I don't appreciate being talked down to by the banker and manager. I will be switching banks. Very unprofessional. They say they care about customers, absolutely not! Just a number so they can get their bonus.
