Pizza Hut

Orderd a pizza over an hour ago.. called the 1st time and they told me. The pizza was 5 or 10 mins away... waited another 30 mins and called again. And they told me it was delivered and put me on hold for 5 mins... I called back and the lady who answered argued with me until I asked for a manager... then they looked it up and said they would resend.... the customer service here is terrible.... and I wish I could give less then one star....

Pizza was very dry and over cooked. The waitress did not come back to the table until I asked for the check. No refills no extra cheese. Not a good experience.

The most courteous and pleasant server I've had in many many years! He was absolutely superb! Food was basic Pizza Hut. Salad bar pretty basic but certainly enough variety. I would go there in a NY minute should i visit KeokuknIn the near future. I wish the men's restroom was a bit more tidy and freshened up. Highly recommend if u lile Pizza Hut food!

Garlic crust very good.

Pizza was fabulous. Not at all pleased at the outsourcing of ordering by phone - have no idea who I was talking to or where they were located. No options for a special order. No small pizzas anymore. Good thing this order was for a fundraiser. Will buy from the local owned pizzeria from now on.
