I'm not going to say this the worst McDonald's in Alabama, only because I haven't been to all of the McDonald's. But I have been to a lot of them in my lifetime, and this one ranks up there with one of, if not the worst overall restaurants I've been to. Not just McDonald's....all of the restaurant I've ever patronized. After so many times and so many failures, I quit giving them chances. Leadership and quality control is lacking in this establishment. Correct those, and you may have a turnaround.

Best experience ever in the drive through,Mrs.Jennifer was very nice,and have excellent customer service and most of all she was not rude like some of the people,who usually be taking the order.I believe she is one of the Managers and i definitely let her know that she was doing a awesome job,especially when my kids notice it.keep up the good work Mrs.Jennifer you ROCK!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The females in there wanted to give attitude because they messed up on our order. Their food is old and nasty just like their workers.

The visit to this McDonald's on the evening 4-5 pm on March 17th.wasnt as good as my Oct.visit shorted me on my chicken nuggets and what happened to the french fries not just at this McDonald's but all McDonald's they are not the best fries any more there last when it comes to fries anywhere else is better McDonald's taste thin nothing inside and cooked like potato sticks that come in a can ud83cudf54. I've only been to this mcdonald's once that's because i live in Wetumpka , I was here in town sat.oct.3rd 2-3pm drive thru everyone was friendly and helpful the food m nugget combo was very good cooked just right the fries too even the way the nuggets were placed in twos rolls not just thrown in the container tells me the attention to detail I hope to return again soon.
