Store has cards that are clean and as you walk in and go to the left there's also a place where you can use hand sanitizer. All of their sale items and prime items are clearly marked. They had a good selection of produce and ready to eat. There were Amazon prime orders it were being shopped. I was able to find out that you can do the prime order for pick up or for delivery which will be very helpful for me. Associates were helpful to direct me to where I could find a vegan hot chocolate. Great selection of dairy free items. Fresh bakery and dessert items as well.
Best produce in town. And also has a better meat selection. It is somewhat expensive but well worth it. I do wish they carried more Alaskan seafood rather than farm raised Atlantic fish.
It would be great if they would read the pickup order before fulfilling them. They fail to complete or accurately shop for the right items every time I order through them. It’s a simple training fix but continues to happen.
We miss Wild Oats! The customer service was the best in town. When WF took over the service at the deli maintained the high level then when Amazon came in the cuts were obvious. There’s only ever one person working after 5pm and they are tasked with taking care of more than just servicing the deli counter. I have often waited for 5 minutes for assistance. No acknowledge of an “ill be right with you”...get it together.
I have never written a review of a grocery store but I’ve had two horrible experiences with the employees here. Don’t support this store if you want your freedoms in tact in 2021. Pure fascists. They have a bouncer guarding the store up at the front to make sure everyone is “safe” and they tell you how to wear your mask at the register and argue their politics with you to get you to comply. I’m traumatized.
Another time a few years ago the customer service person literally was yelling at me because I complained that their receipt didn’t reflect their actual return policy. I was told on the way out by some manager that he was always that way and let me take my groceries for free.
I won’t be coming back to this location ever again. I can’t support management that doesn’t vet or train their employees.
