I retained the services of Jerry Blevins to represent me in an action taken by an attorney that I had discharged from representing me in a shareholders suit. Mr. Blevins was responsive and was able to conclude the matter amongst all parties avoiding litigation. Mr. Blevins is a rare breed of attorney as most attorneys will not take on a client that is in a legal dispute with another attorney. Mr. Blevins was efficient, effective and professional. Any litigation or threat of litigation is stressful for the individual that my find themselves a defendant with an attorney as the plaintiff...in fact most would not expect an attorney that was released for non-performance would sue a former client. However, that is not the case. I am grateful for Mr. Blevins and his knowledge of the law and legal skills that concluded the matter in an expeditious manner.nnThe next time I require legal counsel, the first person I will call is Jerry Blevins.
