I worked out around 6am and i had a great experience. The Owner Beau really made the gym run like a family and make everyone feel welcome. Great equipment for Strength and cardio training. SQUAT racks, barbells, dumbells etc. Will def come back if in the area for work. A+++

Awesome gym!!! New management is impeccable and you cannot beat the 24 hour access. Very open and welcoming clientele. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area. You won’t regret it!

I would highly recommend anyone to become a member at southern muscle under the NEW owner beau. I had a situation where I had canceled my membership and charges continued to come out of my account after I talked to the previous owner about my no longer attending.nnAlthough Beau took over the gym back in July, he was fully understanding of the situation and although he did not HAVE to, he refunded me back a significant portion of the money I had lost with the previous owner due to there lack of communication with the vendor who withdrawals money from the accounts.nnThis owner genuinely cares about the members, it goes beyond a simple membership and a hello here and there! Charter and professionalism speaks volumes. THANK YOU AGAIN! ❤ufe0f
