Horrible customer service over the phone. Extremely long wait times and then the automated system kicks in to redirect to their site and just hangs up. The title department NEVER answers/answered the phone. I just need to see what information they need from me to get a replacement title application approved that was rejected online. Called at least on 10 different occasion with NO success. I live out of state so I can't simply visit a local office. Very dissatisfied.

Have found a way every year to keep my State Refund every year for years constantly finding loop holes to Rip off Alabama residents.

Called to get an exact number on how much I still owed on my taxes and was told that they didn’t know and had no way to know because their system is malfunctioning and has been. I’ve been paying for over a year every month and it’s still messed up? Get it together.

I wish they can get a 0. Horrible process. Press the number for the department that I need to help me. Waited 53 mins for a lady to tell me she can't help me and gave me an email. They have a 1.6 rating and they don't care about it.

Only in Alabama; it is pretty sad of this office, which is germane to the many of under leadership agencies. Ask a simple question about motor oil tax, and get routed to 3 different ones who has no clue, but they all worked in the Sales Tax Division. I would think if you did not report may be that would get their attention, but who knows they too may be too lazy to care. You all do not care then why should I waste my time on unfit employees of this department. You may say that's law; and, I will say prove it.
