Easy! Waited in the vehicle. Within 7 minutes I was in and out.

Been in line over an hour. App says average wait is 19min. Either the app isn't working (typical in Alabama) or they are extremely slow.

I called this place 3mins ago and someone said hello and didn't say anything else but hold the phone...so I hung up and called back for a second time they let the phone ring several times before they pick up and when they picked up they just handled the phone and didn't say nothing very unprofessional.....and I hoping some kind of manager reading this response...

If I could give less than one star I would! Absolutely the worst customer service EVER! I understand we are in strange times but there is no need to be rude to customers calling especially if you are just sitting in the office.

The time that you close needs to put on the internet. I rushed to get off work to make it before 4:30 to find out you actually close at 4:00. Well close to incoming customers at 4:00.
