Love the food but the cooks are too heavy handed on the salt!!
Food was good but extremely sweet and salty!!! The greens were too salty to my taste. Also the Sweet tea was extremely sweet I had to add water to it. I really couldn’t enjoy the food because I kept thinking about my health. The sweet yams was super sweet it taste like a bunch of sugar.
Best cabbage I have had since my grandmother passed in 1987. Fried chicken amazing. Cornbread was so moist. Mac and cheese was yummy. Will be going back. Best meat and 2 or 3 in the Gump!
By far the best southern homestyle cooking i have had in years.. No words can do justice to describe how Amazing the food is.. It would be nice to have seating but was worth the long wait and money.. You get so much food i had left overs for the next day.. I came from Pulaski ,Tennessee and drove 3 hrs. I would do it again.
The food is delicious and the portions are phenomenal!!! I've been there 3 days in one week. I've not been able to stand and cook for my family right now and when you want a great tasting home cooked meal, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!
