La Jolla is a fabulous dinner restaurant. I love the ambiance of the place. Peaceful and relaxing with an incredible drink menu and food menu. It was a small menu and each item was quality and delicious. Definitely a perfect place to take your special someone out for a wonderful meal. We will be going again.

La Jolla has good atmosphere, great drinks, and fantastic food. We tried it all on Valentines Day. We had lamb chops, lobster bisque, snapper with shitake risotto, snapper in clam chowder sauce, several different cocktails from the specialty menu and the turtle cheese cake. Every bit of it was scrumptious. The staff greeted us warmly and at us upon arrival as we had a reservation. (It's always been a pretty peeve of mine when I'm asked to wait for a reserved table as though my arrival is a surprise.) The waiter was knowledgeable of the menu and helped us pair our meal with a glass of wine and was prompt in every respect without being pushy. La Jolla is an all around class act and is a great place to enjoy a great meal.np.s. I rarely order cheesecake (like this was the first time in over six years) and ordered it on the waiter's recommendation. It was soooo good we ordered an extra slice to take home.

One of the most outstanding restaurants in Montgomery. Have never had a bad experience. Just the reverse. They have outstanding food, service and decor. My most favorite place.

It was a great evening from the meal, to the service as well as the atmosphere.. I had the filet (which is my go to) and it was cooked perfectly, my friend had the pork.. it must have been 16oz! It also was cooked exactly like he wanted it.. and very lean. The bite I had was so tender and juicy. He also had the tuna nachos as his appetizer and said they were very tasty as well.. it was nice to go out and acrually have a meal that was better than we could fix at home! I do not normally give five stars but I truly cannot think of anything that was off much less wrong. Oh the Peach Martini, I had one as my appetizer! Yep, it was Very good.
