They are very strict. Plus I strongly believe our rent lady may be racist against blacks cause she is always complaining about how much trouble she has when trying to get folks to follow park rules.. I love here and I hate it.. i feel like I'm in Mexico, there are nothing but Latinos/Latinas.
Nice family oriented and quiet place to live
It's one of the most up to date, cleanest and less criminal activity than most any other trailer park in Opelika.
I live in here and is really clean
