It's a quiet neighborhood. Most of the homes are well kept. There is a lot of diversity here and everyone seems to get along. I see children of all races playing together. You have to pass a background check to live here and that is reassuring. The rules may be strict but it is the reason this is a good mobile home community.

It is beautiful, it's more than we thought. We came from California to Alabama to start a new life with our new mobile home. It was a five day drive to get here with two cats. All of our stuff is coming a few days later in a shipping container. We are sleeping on the floor right now. We are buying this mobile and we love it and the people around us have been very nice to us . We fill welcomed Thank you Alabama people for being so kind. We love Alabama.
