The coaches here are amazing and very knowledgeable! The owner Mark is an awesome person and extremely friendly! Best workouts compared to any CrossFit I’ve been to! You’ll always get a fantastic workout here for a great price compared to other gyms!

Great Box and a Community! Every time the wife and I come to visit family in Phenix City. Coach Mark and all of the CrossFit Sacrifice coaches always accommodate us with a great gym to drop into for the week or 2 we are in town ! Couldn’t recommend any place better to workout at if you are in the area.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Even if you have an injury they can help you do modified exercises to ensure you still get a good workout.

BEWARE of this gym. I spent one month working out there while my fiancé completed a military course. I was told there was no contract so I could shut off my account when I left. I asked to stop my account before I moved, but was told I had to talk to Coach Mike, but he was never in the gym when I was. I finally had to move to Pennsylvania without turning off automatic payments to my card. I kept trying to call and leave messages with Coach Mike, but no response. I emailed and messaged with no response. Four months later, I am still getting charged. I have to call my bank every month to dispute the charges and still no one has gotten in touch with me. At first, I figured it was an honest mistake, but because I have tried to make contact multiple times and ways and my bank has been disputing the charges, it feels like they are intentionally stealing from me. Not a great way to run a business. If you are looking for a gym in the Columbus area, I would avoid this one. Something shady is going on.

I really appreciate the staff at Crossfit Sacrifice for all the support and guidance in helping me reach my fitness goals. My wife and I both enjoy working out here. The kitchen is a great addition and Alex makes an awesome breakfast and lunch to order or ahead of time. The staff cares about keeping the location clean and tidy and I appreciate the efforts Rachel and others. Highly recommend to anyone looking to reach their own fitness goals and be apart of an awesome community.
