We went through the drive thru, which took probably 30 minutes. Ordered an original double burger combo. The burger patties seemed pretty burnt and crispy on the edges, which gave it an unpleasant overall flavor. The fries didn’t seem to have much flavor at all, and I usually love shoestring fries. Ordered a hot dog that was cold, with no ketchup. Ordered a Hawaiian delight custard, which was nice and why there are even two stars in this review. This is the second Freddy’s I’ve ever been to, and the first didn’t leave a good impression either. I’d rather go to a cheaper fast food place for higher quality food. Not impressed.
Hear me now.. or should I say see my words?nnIn the many times I've been to Freddy's I've never had a problem. I love their burgers and fries, their spicy sauce is amazing as well. I haven't tried many of their custards but the ones I have tried are good. I can't say I've ever been disappointed when choosing Freddy's!
Never disappoints. Try their Chicago style hot dog.
Food is good. I love the custard. Customer service needs a little improvement. If a customer says no, they haven't downloaded the app or they didn't know anything about it, offer to show/help them.nHave a card that shows them the benefits of the download. Need a bigger sign near the drive-thru to promote downloading the app.
