I highly recommend mortgage loan originator Lynn Akin. Lynn is very good at what she does. She made sure that our closing happened on time and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lynn will go the extra mile to make sure you understand everything you need to know about obtaining a mortgage!
They deposited my $500 into someone else’s account and when my card got rejected I called once I saw it was the wrong account number on the deposit slip and they did not seem too concerned at all. This was well before noon and I was just casually told that it would be tomorrow until they were corrected.
I have never had an issue with this branch. I have had unfortunate problems with my card. Like someone tried to use my card to get a room in NY. It was very nice to have a person to talk to and have them resolved.
Very friendly staff and it is MUCH quicker than waiting in the line at the branch on North College. I am always in and out in no time at all. It did take multiple attempts to get a debit card for my account because it would never ship, but that was more on corporate than the branch itself.
worst bank branch i have ever gone to. These people do not know what they are doing. had to go to the branch on College street to deposit a check. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THEY ARE IDIOTS
