My account has been locked for 3 months. I went to this branch hoping for some relief but they kept giving me the run Around. They said they would call me but they never did.week after week I would go but they always would say “we will see”. See what? I have bills just like everyone else. When you call the number on the website the guy is really rude. I couldn’t cash my check because of my account. I went to Montgomery not even a day he had my account unlocked, cashed my check. This branch didn’t even give me the option to cash my check the 3rd option. I will never go to this Branch and do not recommend anyone else to go to this branch. They talk to each other, make you wait when there’s no one there. Just terrible experience.GO TO THE ONE IN MONTGOMERY!!!!!!!!!

The man i spoke with after waiting 20 min. was rude and argumentative telling me i couldnt withdraw money at this location. For whatever reason and that i would have to go to another location or use the atm( which was down and being worked on for the next 4 hours) which is 20 more minutes out of the way. I will never use this location again and y'all should really look into your rude employees!!

Lately they have been very disappointing. The manager didn’t seem happy to be there. Lately my satisfaction has gone so far down that I’m about to leave and stop banking.

I would not recommend Regions. I had a check over $2000 try to clear my account and while they paid it they charged me an NSF because my CASH didn’t post. It’s cash. I made the deposit before I wrote the check. Come on now. Let’s thing this through. They refused to refund any fees. I left the bank.
