Drove over 2 hours as this is the closest Chase in Alabama to us. Called ahead to see if they were taking walk ins or we needed to schedule an appointment to open the account we wanted and they said walk in would be fine. We arrived around 10:00am and they said they needed to schedule us an appointment. The soonest available was 2:00pm. Waste of a morning and complete loss of a workday.

I drove all the way from Birmingham, because this was the closest Chase to me. As a new customer I had the worst experience with chase bank over the phone & also the first 20mins of my time waiting at the Auburn location...until Peter fixed everything! Peter helped my then closing account get reopened all in a timely fashion. I was so close to just saying screw chase & taking my money out but Peter saved the day! I also left about $140 in cash in my chair in his office after the bank closed at 5:00 & he called me to let me know & even made sure I got it back before I left all together! I had one last issue with my debit card a few days later; I called Peter & he called me back with a resolution in no time. This is the kind of service I’ll happily drive 2 & half hours to receive. Thanks again Peter you’re absolutely great! I’ll only work with you from here on out! Sincerely a Birmingham customer.

I think I am the only person who goes somewhere like Chase and has a good time. I felt like I was catching up with my sisters talking with team members at this branch. Steven helped me with my deposit and they have excellent Covid-19 precautions. But the star was the overall custom service. S/O to the Chase app because I don't have to drive unless I need to make large withdraws. I drive from Montgomery to Auburn and just know the drive is worth it.

Went in to do a foreign money exchange, they only do that for their customers. As a friendly gesture in our small town I feel like they should do it.

The worst chase bank experience.nWe got tired of waiting so we made an appointment to come back to minimize the wait time. Yet we still waited another 30min.
