Both drivers were the best on my trip to/from the Atlanta airport. They were very professional and friendly. I called to say I was getting my bag right by the door, when I had only 5 minutes before the shuttle was to leave. I did make it right on time, but she had received the message, and was waiting for me. I was very appreciative, as I was exhausted after a very long day of travel. I highly recommend this service!
This is a fantastic service. Great way to travel to the airport without paying for parking your car. Drivers are friendly and kind, ride was comfortable, and they took great care of us. Super easy to book online too!
Had to change my return transportation reservation just a few hours before my flight, but it was a smooth transition. All was in order when I arrived at the updated time. Nice, quiet, uneventful ride. Groome is a great way to travel to and from the Atlanta airport!
Awesome transportation company. My flight landed early but it took a while to tax so I was freaking out that I would not catch the groome. I called and told them the situation and they waited 5 min after the departure time. Thank goodness I made it and they were professional enough to accommodate. Thanks again
