Major mistakes made on my 2015 taxes resulted in an IRS audit and now I have to repay between $5-10,000. I had assumed that since we were paying a tax professional, things would be done correctly. Never assume anything. I’m told that the mistakes made should not have been made by anyone with more than a week’s tax preparation experience. There are no words to properly express how dissatisfied I am with this company.
