While in town for work, I was happy to find Kim’s studio. The pace and level of instruction were excellent. The small (and friendly :)) group size allows Kim to focus on each student to emphasize correct form and difficulty. I would highly recommend and will definitely visit again next time I’m in town.
Kim is such a great pilates instructor! I have had back issues for years and she really works with me to help strengthen my back and core. She also works to modify workouts to accommodate my needs. She makes classes fun and unique every time!
A great place with a top notch Pilates instructor. A totally lovely woman. Professional friendly. I always leave there feeling stronger, more relaxed and invigorated. A highlight of my week for the last couple of years.
