Much nicer inside than what you would think from seeing the outside
this was the only hotel in the area who would let me stay overnight even though I am not 21 yet. I called the front desk before I arrived to confirm if I could stay, and after answering, she hung up in my face without saying anything else. when I arrived, she was sweet but was also on her personal cell phone with somebody else on speaker.nI was surprised to see that the bathrooms were very clean and the room was nicely prepared.nI thought the price was expensive for just one night.
Room was nice and clean but the day time customer service is very lacking. The night time girl was amazing. The people in the morning were rude and ignored you.
Terrible! Bed bugs in room 229. We talked to the manager/owner. They looked at the squished bed bugs and called them roaches. I was involved in pest control in my time! I know what a bed bug looks like. Besides roaches are bad too. They put us in room 224 after we complained about the bed bugs. That room was not clean. The mattress had a stain on the underneath that looked like somebody died in the bed so they flipped the mattress. Terrible! Will not go again. Sorry!
