I'm certain Josh is one of the worst Attorney's I have ever encountered! After paying him the initial retainer and fee he files 1 paper on a appeal for child custody and none of the facts stated in his appeal even applied to me and my situation. Not to mention, it was barely a little more than a paragraph. I knew the moment I seen it I was screwed! You would think lesson learned right? Nope! Giving him the benefit I went and paid him another $500.00. And once I got to what I thought was his office I was quickly informed by Randy Hames that Josh skipped out during the weekend and didn't pay his rent for the office. Finally, I was able to locate Josh after 6:00 pm at Nathan Brock's firm and paid him. And not long after I learned he is no longer in that firm either. It's obvious when speaking with other attorneys the reputation he has. If you hire Josh be careful! After the initial consult I was certain my situation would soon end. After placing my hard work and facts in his hands we went to court a week later and he had nothing. He will pretend to listen while playing with a handful of quarter's and build you up to get the money then he will repeat again a few weeks later! He will no longer respond once he gets the money. And if you do recieve a call it's from his assistant Amy and she is just hateful at times and each time she calls they charge as if it were him calling. If he has taken your money follow suit and report him to the bar as other's have stated. Make sure you keep all documents regarding your case. Be very careful if you are not a local to this area. Do your homework! Josh maybe the worst but certainly isn't the only one that practices law in this manner.
