Well I didn't remove my membership I stuck with you guys , I am able to go in with some friends I talked into to joining with me and we go in at night after work! I have met a special and sweet lady named Kiersten Lowe she works the front desk she is great!!!! She helps me and my friends all the time never hesitates to do so❤❤very nice and respectful so glad I decided to hang in there cause I really do love coming to planet fitness thank you so much !

I was always hesitant to go. I always thought for the price, it couldn't be that great. My friends convinced me to go, and I'm so glad I did. I was welcomed by the staff and I have to say one employee stands out.. Kiersten Lowe , she is great!! Always smiling,. Always welcoming. She makes you feel like family. I love my Planet Fitness family. I would highly recommend you guys.

I absolutely love this place..ud83dudda4❤ Me and my lowes group go after work and get our workout on.. We are always greeted with kindness and a willingness to help by Kiersten Lowe..❤ She's absolutely wonderful!ud83dude42 I'm thankful that I decided to go with Planet Fitness for my gym. I used to love this gym. However I had to cancel my membership at the beginning of the pandemic. I called today because I wanted to resume going on my lunch breaks and asked about their mask policy. They only require people to wear masks in the lobby and not when they work out!! How confusing and backwards is that? Working out is when you are breathing harder and therefore have more respiratory droplets flying everywhere. Not the lobby. It makes me so sad because I was really wanting to start going back again. But I certainly will not be around people that are not wearing masks. If they can’t show respect for my health then I’m not going to be there.

Love this gym Kierstin Lowe is an amazing employee she is super nice and welcoming. Other people here are kinda unprofessional and not as kind. She makes sure I am taken care of and feeling good while working out, while others don't bother. I'm giving it 5 stars just for Kierstin she brings life to this gym.
