This hotel met my standards for comfort and cleanliness, and the attention from the staff exceeded them. My group stayed here for one night on a multi-day road trip. When I called to reserve the room, the front desk attendant was courteous and even made sure the staff added extra sheets, blankets, and towels to the room before we arrived - without a request from me. When we arrived, there was a different person at the front desk and they were just as courteous during the check-in process.nnThe next morning's breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Individualized veggie omelets actually tasted like eggs and the sausage links were not overcooked. Biscuits (yes, real biscuits!) were also light and fluffy. The kitchen staff even came through as we were finishing up our meal and asked us if we enjoyed the breakfast.nnIt was clear by the way the staff were treating us that this hotel was looking beyond their bottom line and thinking more about making a lasting impression on their customers.

I have stayed here several times over the past two years and it is an excellent stay. The rooms are clean, no plumbing backups, no pot smell, it's not stuffy and damp when you walk in the room, and the staff have been very nice. Quick check-ins too! I recommend this motel to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Friendly staff, Denise at the front desk was Awesome! Beds are comfortable and the hotel was very clean. One of the best hotel’s I’ve stayed at.

I usually stay at the Holiday Inn, but since they were booked, management recommended we try the Sleep Inn. I'm glad I did. It was a very nice experience. Clean, spacious rooms, well maintained and for less money. I'll definitely be back!!

I have stayed here numerous times when when the Cullman area. This is a very convenient hotel and well kept. Housekeeping crew is one the best I've seen, always well stocked and cleaned to perfection everyday! I would highly recommend this hotel for 5 stars for cleanliness and 4.5 for convenience to everything around the area
