Officers at front are wonderful. Very informative. 3 star rating is for the difficulty getting in to transfer my driver's license from FL to AL. Don't understand why they can't let you make appts online or over phone.
Decent long wait but lady from decatur came to fill in and was very pacient and nice let.me.run back to get documents!
May need to call to make an appointment before going, I didn't and had a 5 hour waite.
Very professional, but extremely helpful, kind during this trying time. Both parties I dealt with at counter were great.
