I absolutely hate having to do business with Thompson Gas. The people that you talk to always have an attitude. They do NOT care about their customers. All they care about is making money off of people.

This company does not even deserve 1 star but I had to choose something so I could post about how sorry this business is. My father has been trying to get a gas tank and gas from these people since December 2017 only to be told today after 3 visits to the office and numerous phone calls, that the Don't even have a work order for him. Needless to say, we have contacted the Better Business Bureau and he bought his own tank and is using a company out of Mississippi to get his gas, because they actually care about their customers. Do not use this company if at all possible even tho they pretty much have a monopoly...ridiculous business skills..
