I loved my stay at Highland Park! I was able to stay in a furnished unit and it was super nice and very clean. I really love that it's tucked away in a quiet area, yet super close to the Highlands where all of the shops and restaurants are. I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a place to live in the Wheeling area!
Not having a good experience here. We ( my husband and I) moved in at the end of Jan 2018. We live on the first floor. We can hear every step the resident above us makes, literally every step. My husband and I get absolutely no sleep at night because he is up late, and even when he sleeps we can hear any movement he makes in his bed. I work nights for my job at times and during the day I can't even get sleep. I contacted the office 3 times who have reached out to the tenant but nothing has improved. I don't think the tenant is trying to be loud, but I believe the building is just poorly made. Therefore, I would not recommend staying here.
Terrible staff, over priced, cheaply made apartments.
