Very happy with my used BMW i3 purchased from BMW Sudbury! I went to the dealership to test drive the car and liked it, but wasn't ready to buy after the test drive. I was able to make an informed decision to buy after talking with the sales manager (Marc H.) Marc knew from first-hand knowledge and experience what it was like to own this car and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Additionally, I had a minor issue after the sale that he helped to resolve. Grateful for his help and for this dealership's commitment to customer service. Highly recommend!

We really like the car and the purchase process was very well done. The price was fair. Most of all, the people we dealt with were all very nice and seemed genuinely happy in their jobs. I highly recommend BMW Sudbury.

I have had all my service performed here for the past 7 years. I am impressed by the quality of the service. In a few instances other than regular maintenance, they were able to diagnose the issues accurately and fixed them during the same visit.

Very professional customer service, and welcoming atmosphere throughout all departments. Repair done in timely manner, as promised. Everything went smoothly from the moment of scheduling appointment, following up during and after repair is done. Mackenzie Ditomassi (service advisor) did a good job communicating the service.
