Best Dodge Dealership/Service Department in the area. I've been bringing my 2014 SXT Black Top Dodge Charger here for the past 5 years. The service department is fair, honest and dependable. Recently, Jaimie was my service advisor and he took great care of my vehicle. There was an issue with the price of a repair I was having on my Dodge Charger last week and he was quick to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Jaimie is a good and decent man who does everything he can to make sure that you are completely satisfied with his service department And I would also like to mention Ed at the service department. Ed has been my service advisor in the past and has taken excellent care of my vehicle. Ed works hard and is also a man of great character who is fair, honest and does his best to make sure your experience is the best it can be. These guys do great work and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend Brigham and Gill's service department.

I recently purchased a 2107 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Brigham-Gill and felt the need to share my experience. From when I walked in for my appointment, Rodrigo Peralta was the consummate professional. His approach is straightforward and direct with none of the silly stuff I experienced at other dealerships. Rodrigo's advanced client service mindset was evident in his assistance with plates, title and even offering to help with my rental car. I also liked the mini primer on how to adjust a few of the basic settings as I was prepare to take the car home. I would highly recommend that you seek out Rodrigo should you be interested in a new or used car.

Really not impressed, spent over 55k on a vehicle, felt like they were doing me a favor, would not recommend them to anyone. Sales people are more interested in the ice cream truck than customers. Took 4 hours to get paperwork done. Sales guy spent half his time looking for the Finance manager who was hard selling extended warranty. And still don't think they got registration done correctly for RI
