I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! I had a wonderful experience with Anastasia. She did such an amazing job showing me everything I asked her and I’m a very picky person. You can tell she really cares about her clients. If you come to this Mercedes you should definitely ask for her.
Took my E350 in for B Service and Wheel alignment. Was greeted by a technician who was professional and masked with gloves. Took me inside where the service advisor took my information and printed out the details of the work to be done with pricing. Loaner car was clean, sanitized and ready to go for me. Picked up my car today, washed, cleaned. Cashier was very professional, friendly and processed the transaction quickly. Overall I was extremely impressed with the dealership, service area on how they took great care on my personal safety with masks, cleaning and professionalism! Thank you to everyone who made my service appointment and excellent experience! Job Well Done!
What a pleasurable experience I had at Mercedes with Anastasia. I was helping my grandmother get a Benz after a long time isolated. She was friendly and was willing to answer all and any questions. Very patient! I would personally recommend her over anyone else!
I bring my CLS 400, which I did not purchase here, for service all the time primarily due to the fact that the service department is extremely professional and efficient. Its is easy to schedule service which includes getting a loaner car when needed. They communicate well with me and I have complete trust in whatever work they recommend is required. They complete service as promised and at they time they commit to! My car is typically cleaner than when I bring it in for service which I really appreciate!nnWouldn't consider going anywhere else!!!!
I had a service appointment today and just had to share my experience. Luis A. in service took great care of me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. During these strange times I felt very safe. Everyone was taking every precaution and they had strict social distancing rules that everyone was following. I also spoke with Charles as he was making sure all of my needs were met.
