Jake McEvoy was the salesperson who helped us find the car we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was a great salesperson and we really appreciated all he did for us. We highly recommend him!

The service department is excellent. I’ve been bringing my 2012 Impreza here for 8 years (even though it’s a 45 minute drive each way) and each time they are professional, courteous and responsive. I highly recommend taking your Subaru here.nnThe sales department is also wonderful. They are honest and friendly, Marc always makes a point to say hello and check in whenever I’m there for service.

We booked an appointment to visit them at 3 pm a day before. They called us at noon the day of the appointment to try to reschedule to 2:30. This required us to move things around but we told them we would make it. We got a call back again at 1:15 saying that they would not be able to accommodate us if we were not able to make it before 2:15.nSince we really wanted to make it work, we said we would make it. We cut our lunch short and started driving. At 1:55, when we were 15 minutes away, we get yet another call saying that they're trying to close up for the day and they would not be able to accommodate us. We pointed out that we were going to be there at 2:10 like we had previously discussed. The person we talked to on the phone seemed to think that 15 minutes from 1:55 was 2:20. Finally he said, okay we might be able to fit you in. But frankly, the total lack of professionalism and courtesy turned us off so much that we ended up cancelling.nWe are going to continue our car search but we will not be visiting metrowest subaru after this experience.

Adam said my service was going to take longer than anticipated, so they sent me home in an Uber (at their expense) and delivered my car via flatbed. Does it get any more amazing than that?
