Absolutely amazing service. After browsing around several dealerships, I found Bernardi to be the most genuine and accommodating place. I worked in particular with Luis and Brian (who are two of the most wonderful people you could ever meet), but truly the whole staff is exceptional. They're one of the few dealerships that don't seem to try to screw you over. There's no hidden fees or conditions--they're just genuinely trying to get you a car. Overall phenomenal experience!

Sinan was awesome! Really loved the CRV!nHe helped us find a car that really was the perfect fit. He was very informative, very kind, and most importantly made sure we felt safe in the car. Sinan also made sure our phones were compatible with the car tech. He showed a lot of interest in us as buyers, unlike Imperial Toyota. [Dont reccomend]nnOverall, this guy probably could have sold me my own coffee. I was very pleased with my service. He even went on the test drive with us because we were nervous about the angle we would need to make on rte9 getting out of the dealership to test drive. If you want a Honda go to this guy! He was awesome!nnConcerns: Honda CRV has had several complaints about it. I'll let you view those on your own.

I usually dread buying a car but I had such a great experience at Bernardi that I had to share. The customer service was above and beyond. I felt like a VIP. It was actually a fun experience! Brian, Sinan and Amanda were super knowledgeable and so helpful when it came to showing me the van I was interested in, helping me through the trade-in and purchasing process. They just took care of everything. The financing process was also seamless, Monique was informative and helpful instead of pushy and pressuring. It was just all very easy and I appreciated that so much. I’m loving my new vehicle and will definitely go back for any future vehicle needs!

I worked with Matthew strong, he was so great, friendly, super informative and helped me so much with purchasing my first car. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend my friends to go here if they are interested in a Honda!
