OV Power Yoga is amazing! The owner Laura is very knowledgeable and kind. The studio is welcoming and clean. The flow is appropriate for all levels and can be modified as needed. I was fortunate to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at OV Power Yoga and I would highly recommend it to others. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!

I find Laura’s classes at OV Power Yoga provide the balance I need for mind and body. It’s a workout that will make you sweat. You’ll leave feeling more flexible, stronger, and with a clearer mind. It’s an hour that will push you, but Laura always gives modifications so you can find what fits best for you.nIt has a community atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming.
We hot power yoga enthusiasts need our yoga even when we're out of town! I recently visited the Ohio Valley to see relatives and immediately looked up yoga studios. OV Power Yoga is a find! It's a lovely new studio, very conveniently located in Elm Grove, and Laura led a flawless class, whether you're advanced or a beginner. I know I'll be back upon my next visit to the Valley!
I enjoy this class at OV power yoga so much. Laura is so patient with our group and we learn so much from her. I feel like I've had a great workout but also leave so refreshed and relaxed. We appreciate Laura and OV Power Yoga so much!
