Great professional staff in all departments. The best facility for exercise and PT in the area. The best equipment too! Immaculately clean. Friendly staff and members.
Withdrew my checking account into the negatives TWICE during a global pandemic when they weren’t offering any services. When asked about why they did that, they stated that “we keep the gym up and running” when they obviously make a profit from all of us. If it was a privately owned business NOT OWNED BY a super rich family that has a mansion in Oglebay and yachts in Florida, I would have supported their business. I’m going to build my own gym, adios.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had an extremely negative experience with the therapy department. I came in with a lot of back pain and the therapist had me lay on my stomach with a pillow under my hips for an hour while they photocopied pages out of a book and appeared to google information. I was sent a bill for an evaluation as well as therapy session. I called to dispute my bill and didn't hear back for months. I called in again and finally got a call back I was told that I was wrong, there were no apologies or attempts to compromise in the situation. I saw another therapist that was very helpful but was out of town. It is truly unfortunate that this is one of the options the valley has for PT. Horrible service all around.
