They make sure the service is on time.
I had a great experience with Wheeling truck center. Great customer service and service department. mechanic name Tom done an excellent job diagnosing my truck, repairing it, and getting me on my way in a timely manner with minimal downtown. Service manager Heather was kind, courteous, and made me feel comfortable knowing they were going to get the job done and I would be up and rolling in a timely manner because time is money. I’d recommend them to anybody without any hesitation, because I know that they would get the job done.
I'm in process buying my truck from here. All I see so far is honesty - especially from Donnie Daugherty from sales ( this guy picked me up from the airport all the way in Pittsburgh to the dealership and after I finished looking at the truck I'm interested in he bring me to a local motel , a few hours after he text and ask if everything is ud83dudc4cud83cudd97OK. Even they are going to put new EGR's on my truck after we agree for a price( just a reminder this is about 2000$ )UPDATE - So far so good 2 months on the road truck runs great no problems at all THANKS Donnie Daugherty ud83dudc4d
Chris Gellner in service got my truck in the shop right away and got me rolling again. Very friendly staff, great service! I will not hesitate to bring my truck here again.
Wish I could more then 5 stars, Chris in service went above and beyond getting our car hauler repaired and back on the road. Also a big thanks to Dave & Derek along with Chris for sweating your butts off helping our driver get his trailer hooked up! Thanks again and look forward to working with you guys again.
