Buying my new Hyundai Tuscon has been such a wonderful experience. Sean Britton, Nick and Michael were more than accommodating to my request for safety features and of course, some bells and whistles ! Oh, and the service department was more than fair on my trade in, since the motor blew up 10 days ago, & I had to have it towed up to their location @ The Highlands.nI'm looking forward to learning everything about this SUV.
Overall, I had a very positive experience. Nick was very responsive in the negotiating process, most of which was done by email and over the phone. George assisted in the process and spent a great deal of time making sure that I was comfortable in how the various features operated on my new car. Both Nick and George seemed to genuinely appreciate my business. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any of my friends and certainly plan to include them for any future purchases.
