I normally travel to Columbus to purchase my trucks due to better deals and high volume. Well, today I decided to try something new - Robinson Toyota. Worst experience at a dealership I’ve had. Very insulting on trade offers. They offered 4K less than trade value. The manager wouldn’t even talk to us. UPDATE. Strain took great care of me and gave me fair numbers on my trade. I’d recommend straub automotive group

Just bought a new Toyota Highlander 2021 from Jim Robinson and this was our first time dealing with them. The salesperson was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Also a great plus was since we purchased our vehicle at Jim Robinson we are going to be getting an extended warranty on our vehicle at no additional cost which is great.
