I recently purchased my 2021 Ram 1500 at Elm Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. In my car buying experience, I’d have to say this was the most pleasant experience from start to finish. I was greeted on the lot in a timely manner, the Salesman (Jordan) was informative but not pushy, after expressing interest in a couple trucks I was offered a very fair trade-in value for my current vehicle. Although the exact truck to meet my lengthy list of wants was not in-stock, the Salesman located the truck I wanted in Cleveland, Ohio at 10:00am. The Sales Manager and Salesman did an excellent job and had my new truck on the lot for me to test drive by 6:30pm the same day! I will be a repeat customer at Elm Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

I recently had a soft top put on my new Jeep Wrangler. They were not sure how long it would take so I made arrangements for transportation. Less than two hours they were done. It looks great and Sean even came out to show me how to take the windows off and put the top down. They are all such nice people to deal with. Thank you for such a great experience.

I just bought my 2020 Dodge Ram Warlock classic. I can not say enough good things about this dealership. The Salesman Chuck was awesome. He wasn't pushy and got back to us right away on questions or concerns. It was the easiest process that I've ever had buying a vehicle. Elm Grove had my Grand Cherokee in and out of the shop in 2 hours for a water pump replacement. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle a new Jeep Gladiator caught my eye. I decided to take one for a test drive out of curiosity. Long story short, I decided to purchase the new Gladiator.nI got a lifetime power train warranty, a 105,000 mile warranty on the rest of the vehicle and an outstanding trade in amount on my Grand Cherokee. I couldn't pass it up. Love the new Gladiator, the way the sales staff stayed after closing to finish the deal, so I didn't have to return the next day.nImpressed with how affordable and fast the service department was. I will be bringing my other non-Mopar vehicles here for service from now on. Recommend anyone to give them a try. You won't be disappointed!! My fiancé and I just purchase a Jeep Compass and love it! Our salesman Chuck was very polite and made sure we received the best deal and rebates to help with our monthly payments. He was very informative and tried to get us in our new vehicle as quickly as we wanted it.
