I recently purchased my 2021 Ram 1500 at Elm Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. In my car buying experience, I’d have to say this was the most pleasant experience from start to finish. I was greeted on the lot in a timely manner, the Salesman (Jordan) was informative but not pushy, after expressing interest in a couple trucks I was offered a very fair trade-in value for my current vehicle. Although the exact truck to meet my lengthy list of wants was not in-stock, the Salesman located the truck I wanted in Cleveland, Ohio at 10:00am. The Sales Manager and Salesman did an excellent job and had my new truck on the lot for me to test drive by 6:30pm the same day! I will be a repeat customer at Elm Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

I recently had a soft top put on my new Jeep Wrangler. They were not sure how long it would take so I made arrangements for transportation. Less than two hours they were done. It looks great and Sean even came out to show me how to take the windows off and put the top down. They are all such nice people to deal with. Thank you for such a great experience.
