Purchased 2018 RAM 2500. The buying experience at Jim Robinson was super easy. Very friendly & helpful staff who made the buying experience go very well. I have purchased vehicle before where we the negotiation process take hours and then they try to upsell you on other services. Jim Robinson made this easy without lots of pressure or hype. They are priced very competitively and very easy to work with.

I had a Great experience, Alex G was my sales man. Everything went smoothly. They are up front and honest. They are not pushy with all the extras in the finance office, they do offer additional items, explain what they are and what they cover, but do not pressure you into purchasing anything you don’t want. Had an issue with my truck and had to drop it off. They got me in the next day and fixed the issue. They recently hired a great group of guys in the service department who are nice, professional and make a hard working American feel good. While traveling from Columbus to Maryland my 2014 Ford F150 blew a water pump. Pulling over at Sheets just across the street from Jim Robinson Ford my girlfriend decided to go ask if there was any locals who could assist. She happen to be waiting in line with Brian from Jim Robinson Ford and on Brian‘s advice we went across the street to Jim Robinson and was met by Mark. Mark was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had staff working on my truck within 10 minutes of our arrival. They had the proper parts and was able to get everything turned around and us back on the road within two hours. We cannot thank Mark and the staff enough for such a quick turnaround to allow us to enjoy our extended weekend vacation. It was truly a twist of fate that we just happened to get off on the right exit and meet the right people with the right solutions.
