Ohio County Prosecuting Attrny

This corrupt official has charged me with 4 bogus charges to date, all have been dismissed. Ohio County now has one of the highest crime rates in the US thanks to Mr. Scott Smith's incompetence and corruption. The national crime bureau has Wheeling ranked at 14 meaning 86% of all the cities in the US are safer than Wheeling. The rate has dropped 4 points in the last 6 months. This monster along with Gail Kayle has completely destroyed this town. We also have the highest overdose death rate in the WORLD!! At what point do we lock this guy up for negligence??
