We go to Bob Evans (Mart8ns Ferry) almost every Sunday for breakfast. Casey is an absolute dream! Very attentive and personable! My family and I love her. She makes every visit enjoyable.
I orderd food from this place twice and both times my order was not right . The first time was on thanksgiving and I was supposed to get pumpkin pie no pie! The next time was Easter and I ordered two three course dinners with your choice of sides and I ordered carrots but got corn . The chicken brest on one dinner was burned and the fish on the other was still frozen in the center on the other. This will be the last time I will be ordering food from this place. This food was not cheep it was almost 50 dollars. 50 dollars for garbage is just a little too much!!
Worst service ever I go there for my anniversary dinner order our food when we get our food not even a few minutes later we receive our check not even asked if we want refills so expect to go there and be rushed right back out need better managing their if that's how their employees treat customers. And you pay more for less and means their portions are small. I'd go to cracker barrel in St clairsville.
Staff was really friendly and the service was great. Got my meal in a timely manner. I will go back.
