We went to the Glass works Grill , it was busy but we had no problem waiting. Once seated it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The waitress we had , Kaylah could possibly be the rudest server we have ever encountered in 40 years. She acted as if we were a nuisance and never made eye contact. She literally spoke to us while walking away. Very disappointing. If it was too busy for her , you need to have more waitstaff on a holiday weekend. Or she was just a rude person.
Food and drinks are ok but service is bad usually even when it's not busy. Place is well known for that, high turnover rate, they can't keep anyone that is any good.
Terrible customer service fries were cold and waitress had attitude the entire time. Was really looking foward to this place
The food was like eating at Denny's. Definitely not what I was expecting. The better rating was for the server.
Horrible fries were cold burger was burned and tasted awful do not go here unless you are starving and desperate trust me!
