Truly disappointed in our 3 day stay here at mountain lodge. Our room was NOT clean in any shape or form, the linens were filthy, the toilet seat was broken, and there was food and items from the last tents still all over the place.nnWe ended up going an hour away to the closest walgreens to get cleaning supplies and doing it our self. We also had to buy linens and pillows for the beds as the front desk refused to supply clean ones.nn7 people stayed in our condo and they supplied only 3 towels then told us it would be an extra 2.75 PER TOWEL if we wanted more! Extremely rude staff. At one point we reported the someone on our hall was CLEARLY smoking weed as it the smell was filling the entire walkway and they did nothing about it.nnThere was nearly NO open restaurants in the village for sit down eating. Only 2 were available and they both had to host over 1k people so you would have to wait over 2 hours for a seat if you didn't make reservations but there was no cell service at all to call and make them!nnHonestly one of the WORST places I have ever stayed for a vacation and considering the amount of money they charged me and my family it was just a pathetic money grab.nnOverall the trip was nice thanks to the slopes but that is the only thing this lodge has going for it.

We had never stayed here before. It is a beautiful building. Our room was perfect. The staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend this to our friends.

The place is beautiful. However the staff is completely rude and unaccomidating. I understand we are in a pandemic but common courtesy and a good attitude go along way. For the cost I could have went to a different location and been treated so much better.

We have stayed at Mtn Lodge four or five times over the past seven years. The condos are showing some age but the place is always clean, warm, and very hospitable. It is also very convenient to walk out the back hatch onto the Ball hooter lift area. External balconies and decks have been removed so maybe the place is in for a facelift. Except for the wear I would have given a 5 star rating.

The location is lovely, but the entire hotel smells like damp hockey gear and wet dog.nThe advertised wifi is horribly unreliable and drops constantly.nThe fan in our 2nd bedroom was so loud due to a bad bearing that I'm confident the neighbors could hear it.nThe kitchen countertop somehow wasn't actually attached to anything.nThe dishwasher didn't work at all.nAnd there was what appeared to be dried blood on the sheets.nnOther than all these gripes, decent place, but really overpriced for the product you're getting.
